Preparation and Cleaning
Before and after each use, clean both the area of the body to be massaged and the contact surfaces of the device (e.g., silicone massage heads) to prevent bacterial growth.
Certain devices (such as eye or prostate massagers) require periodic disinfection; use alcohol pads or a specialized cleaning agent for this purpose.
Intensity and Duration Contro
For first-time users, begin at the lowest intensity setting. Gradually increase the intensity as you become accustomed to the sensation to avoid applying excessive pressure, which could lead to muscle injury.
Limit each massage session to 10–20 minutes, and do not exceed two sessions per day.
Heat Therapy Function
The constant-temperature heat setting is typically set between 40°C and 45°C (for the eye area, 40°C to 42°C is recommended) to prevent skin burns caused by excessive heat.
Limit heat therapy sessions to a maximum of 15 minutes; this helps promote blood circulation and enhances the overall relaxation effect.
