When selecting a massager, choose a device with appropriate intensity levels and modes based on your personal needs; first-time users should begin at the lowest setting to allow the body to adapt.

 

For daily use, combining the massager with a warm compress can enhance its effectiveness; drinking a moderate amount of water before and after use aids in the metabolism of lactic acid. Individuals who spend long periods working at a desk are advised to use the device in short, segmented sessions 2–3 times daily; after exercise, wait until your heart rate has stabilized before using the massager. When storing the device, ensure the power supply remains dry and periodically clean the contact surfaces of the massage heads.
